and frequently asked questions, access the Timeslips by Sage Knowledge Center / Live Chat Assistance.
To log on to the Timeslips by Sage Knowledge Center / Live Chat Assistance, you will log on through Sage SBD Passport. If you don't currently have a Sage SBD Passport account set-up, you'll have an option to create one before accessing the Knowledge Center / Live Chat Assistance.
If you require additional technical support or need assistance with your Timeslips by Sage product,
please take a moment to review one of our product Support Plans. As a customer
with a Support Plan, you are entitled to e-mail support that will allow you
to submit a question, including general non-technical inquires, directly
to our customer support team. A support representative will typically respond
to your e-mail request within four business hours.
